Als Teil der Acolad Gruppe ist die Geschäftseinheit Acolad Project Solutions spezialisiert auf Managed Service Konzepte rund um die zentrale Projektsteuerung, Qualitätsmanagement, Terminologie und Translation Memory Management sowie Technische Dokumentation. Wir unterstützen mittelständische Unternehmen und Konzerne bei allen Herausforderungen rund um Umsetzung und Optimierung ihrer Prozesse und Strukturen, die mit der Erstellung, Verwaltung und Veröffentlichung von multilingualen Inhalten einhergehen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres stetig wachsenden Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine Translation Project Manager (m/w/d).

  1. Als Teil der zentralen Projektsteuerung für einen namhaften Kunden aus der Automobilbranche sind Sie verantwortlich für die gesamte lösungsorientierte Kundenbetreuung.
  2. Als Translation Project Manager koordinieren Sie den gesamten Übersetzungs- oder Dolmetschprozess von der Planung, Überwachung, Steuerung der Projektressourcen bis hin zur fristgerechten Lieferung.
  3. Sie sind die Schnittstelle zwischen allen beteiligten Stakeholdern.
  4. Mit Ihrer effizienten und qualitätsorientierten Arbeit haben Sie maßgeblichen Anteil an dem erfolgreichen Ausbau unserer Kundenpotentiale.
  5. Idealerweise haben Sie eine Ausbildung als Fremdsprachenkorrespondent/-in oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Translationswissenschaften oder Projektmanagement.
  6. Sie haben eine sehr ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung.
  7. Für die tägliche Kommunikation verfügen Sie über Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem oder C2 Niveau und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (C1) in Wort und Schrift.
  8. Proaktivität, Belastbarkeit sowie Selbstständigkeit zählen zu Ihren besonderen Fähigkeiten.
  9. Eine ziel- und prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Multitasking und Teamfähigkeit runden Ihr Profil ab.
  10. Erfahrung mit CAT-Tools von Vorteil.
