We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA FI-CO Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and optimizing SAP S/4HANA FI-CO modules with a focus on production controlling and overhead cost controlling. This role requires deep technical expertise in SAP S/4HANA, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Gather and document business requirements related to controlling processes in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  2. Translate business needs into SAP S/4HANA configuration and functionality.
  3. Conduct fit/gap analysis and prepare WRICEF documents.
  4. Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA FI-CO modules based on blueprint.
  5. Create technical specifications for both backend and frontend developments.
  6. Develop and execute test scenarios to ensure the functionality and integrity of FI-CO processes.
  7. Plan and deliver effective key-user training sessions on SAP S/4HANA FI-CO modules.
  8. Provide post-implementation support to end-users, addressing queries and concerns.
  9. Investigate and resolve issues related to SAP S/4HANA FI-CO configuration.
  10. Communicate project progress, issues, and resolutions effectively to project managers and implementation teams.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years SAP environment experience, emphasizing production controlling and overhead cost controlling.
  2. Practical experience in SAP S/4HANA and FIORI.
  3. Minimum 1 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA project completion for international companies in senior consultant role.
  4. Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA FI-CO functionalities, configuration, and integration capabilities.
  5. Experience in implementation of SAP S/4HANA.
  6. Ability to operate with S/4HANA functionality via FIORI interfaces.
  7. Good cross-functional experience with FI/PP/SD/MM modules.
  8. Experience in providing training and support to key- and end-users.
  9. Knowledge of ABAP/HANA for necessary enhancements.
  10. Methodological knowledge in product costing, overhead accounting, and finance.
  11. Global business acumen and experience working in international environments.
  12. Experience with integrated analytic reporting in S/4HANA.
  13. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  14. Excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  15. Quality and deadline oriented.
  16. Ability to read, write and speak English at a proficient level.
  17. Background in retail processes is a plus.
