What you will do

Our organization supports over 20 SAP Solutions globally for various Volvo divisions, covering Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, Services, Data Intelligence, Reporting, and HR.
The SAP community at Volvo includes 700 consultants worldwide. Our agile team delivers IT solutions, helping Volvo Trucks become a digital brand.
You will collaborate with colleagues in Poland, Sweden, France, the US, and India, and business stakeholders globally.
We use SCRUM and SAFe methodologies to support the Volvo brands with digital transformation speed and agility, therefore we are seeking a Senior SAP SD Functional Consultant with S/4 HANA experience to support Volvo Trucks solution.

Who are you?

The candidate must have:

  • A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the SAP SD component (design, configuration, integration with other components ECC and S/4 HANA Service), Fiori.
  • At least 10 years of IT experience, demonstrating deep expertise.
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP, particularly in logistics (Sales, Deliveries, Invoices, Marketing, Pricing, Material Management) and the SAP architecture.
  • Experience working in a global environment with diverse cultures.
  • Proficiency in online collaboration with some flexibility for limited travel.
  • Significant experience in leading Roll-out projects, including blueprint workshops, documentation, issue resolution, and decision-making.
  • Good understanding of Agile, Scrum and SAFe ways of working.

Nice to have:

  • SAP FI/CO experience.
  • Knowledge of Invoicing and Billing.
  • Experience with integrating SAP ECC and S/4 HANA with legacy systems is advantageous.
  • Proficient consulting skills (requirements management, workshop facilitation, communication, documentation, and presentation).
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Self-sufficiency in solving technical problems, designing solutions, and providing detailed specifications to developers.
  • Proven troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills.
  • Willingness to be part of the team.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks on a daily basis.
