For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates with 5+ years of experience for the position of:

Type of contract: contract (B2B by Hays Poland)

Cooperation: long-term cooperation (first contract for 12 months)

Rate: 225 PLN/h net + VAT

Start date: ASAP, max. within 1 month

Position overview:
The Technical Program Manager at ITC will lead critical programs within the Consumer Product & Innovation portfolio, working closely with technology leads, Technical Directors, and cross-functional teams in engineering, product, UX, and architecture to ensure the successful delivery of technical solutions. This role involves managing end-to-end program execution, including resolving challenges, mitigating risks, and coordinating dependencies across multiple workstreams. The candidate will also act as a single point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on program progress, risks, and overall status. The ideal candidate is an experienced program manager with a deep understanding of both digital transformation and agile methodologies, strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build relationships across teams to align strategies and drive execution effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or master's (preferred) in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
  • 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience working directly with engineering teams
  • 3+ years of software development experience
  • Relevant experience in Retail, Customer Experience, Innovation, eCommerce, Mobile Commerce, Digital marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations preferred.
  • Experience leading program management efforts including establishing effective governance structures, cross functional coordination, and executive stakeholder management and reporting.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and experience working closely with senior executives and cross-functional partners to deliver key strategic initiatives.
  • Experience running and executing across multiple complex technology platforms and business areas
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to challenge the status quo
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a dynamic, results-oriented matrixed environment
  • Delivery experience using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Deep experience with tools such as Aha, JIRA, and Confluence
  • Proven experience in a technical program management or engineering delivery role, with a strong ability to drive technical projects to successful completion.
  • Technical understanding of Service Oriented Architecture Solutions.
  • Broad technical understanding across a variety of platforms, systems, and engineering disciplines, like Front End, Dev ops, Cloud Services
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
  • Very good English language skills in speaking and writing

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and understand product specifications, coordinating teams and resources for execution.
  • Lead the program and oversee its execution and development.
  • Manage end-to-end, on-budget technology execution of the Technology program.
  • Engage business and technology portfolio partners to address opportunities, risks, and issues.
  • Co-create and develop program dashboards, portfolio reporting, and analysis activities.
  • Drive and manage end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design, plan, and deliver innovative technical solutions that meet both short-term and long-term goals.
  • Manage technical risks, identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies across all program phases.
  • Work with product management, engineering, and business stakeholders to balance technical trade-offs and align engineering efforts with business priorities.
