About the Role:
  1. Implement and customize Salesforce solutions for insurers and banks.
  2. Configure, integrate, and customize Salesforce software to meet client needs.
  3. Create, design, and implement state-of-the-art solutions used by our clients as part of the R&D team.
  4. Work directly with clients as an active member of an agile project team.
Required Skills and Tools:
  • Commercial experience with Vlocity/Salesforce Industries and Omnistudio or Salesforce CRM implementation in an Insurance Company.
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, clean code principles, and best practices.
  • Solid understanding of software engineering concepts.
  • Good command of the English language (B2/C1 level).
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Availability for full-time employment.
  • Ability to work in the European Union.
Nice to Have:
  • Software development best practices.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer certification or other relevant certifications.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and solutions.
  • Teamwork skills and experience.
  • Understanding of design patterns.
  • Fluency in French or German.
  • Hands-on experience with Web services (REST/SOAP), Microservices, JMS knowledge, Spring, or similar.
