Associate Project Manager, eCOA

Location: Spain, Italy, Greece, Poland, Portugal, Bulgaria, home-based

Job Overview

Maintains and validates the project scope, plans, and schedules for moderately complex projects; adheres to established metrics for project success; applies standards (e.g. delivery process, roles and responsibilities, operational norms, compliance).

Essential Functions

  1. Act as the main point of contact for the clients for all items related to eCOA studies that are live and in maintenance.
  2. Lead client update meetings on a weekly/bi-weekly basis.
  3. Participate and travel to Investigator Meetings when applicable (10% travel).
  4. Lead system change efforts when applicable, including leading design calls and impact review. Communicate costs and timelines as appropriate.
  5. Communicate effectively and timely with both internal and external clients and collaborate with key stakeholders to determine solutions/next steps.
  6. Responsible for filing documentation, status report updates, meeting minutes, development of study materials, and change orders as needed.
  7. Track trends to identify and review risks as part of the ongoing project support.
  8. Support quality investigations as the eCOA project SME with support from line manager and/or implementation PM.
  9. Manage budget and scoping for additional work where appropriate.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum of 1 year eCOA experience.
  2. Good understanding of clinical research.
  3. Proficient use of MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  4. Excellent communication skills and ability to drive conversations.
