Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for a Sales Manager located in Poland, RJ. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing a sales team, analyzing sales data and performance metrics, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with other departments to ensure coherent cross-functional support in achieving overall business goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Management, including developing strategies and managing teams
- Strong analytical skills for sales data and performance metrics interpretation
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Relevant experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
