Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership across RAN configuration, parameter management and network performance optimization.
- Support complex troubleshooting, root cause analysis and resolution of network performance issues.
- Oversee radio parameter changes, network integration and optimization activities.
- Validate technical deliverables, ensure configuration consistency and monitor service quality.
- Coordinate with engineering teams and provide technical guidance to other engineers.
- Identify opportunities for improvement, standardization and automation.

Qualifications
- Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or related technical field.
- Extensive experience in LTE/5G RAN engineering and multi-vendor environments.
- Strong expertise in radio configuration, KPI/KQI analysis and network optimization.
- Experience with RAN planning, OSS and performance management tools.
- Advanced troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to independently manage complex engineering activities and support technical coordination.
- Good written and spoken English and Polish.
- Openness to visit the Katowice office.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Vodafone network environments and operational processes.
- Knowledge of ATOLL, COM5, ActixOne or equivalent tools.
- Experience with Ericsson, Huawei and/or Nokia RAN platforms.
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, automation or AI-assisted network analysis.
- Italian and/or German language skills.
