Job Description:

  1. Public Relations (PR) Management
    - Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance Infinix's brand image and reputation in Eastern European markets such as Poland, Czech Republic, and Romania.
    - Build and maintain strong relationships with local media, tech KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), and industry partners.
    - Plan and organize media events, press conferences, and product experience sessions to ensure effective brand communication.
  2. Social Media Management
    - Collaborate closely with the social media manager to develop a localized social media strategy aimed at increasing brand exposure and follower count of Infinix Poland, Czech, Romania and Serbia.
    - Collaborate with designers to plan and produce marketing materials for retail stores and online e-commerce platform (e.g., posters, display stands, rich product content), ensuring consistency with the brand image.
    - Coordinate with retail partners to ensure timely distribution and effective display of marketing materials, enhancing the in-store brand experience.
    - Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of retail materials and optimize design and layout to improve sales conversion rates.
  3. Co-marketing Negotiations
    - Identify and evaluate co-marketing opportunities with local brands, retailers, and channels, and develop cooperation plans.
    - Conduct negotiations to ensure terms align with Infinix's strategic goals and budget requirements.
    - Oversee the execution of co-marketing activities to ensure smooth collaboration and achieve desired outcomes.
    - Collaborate closely with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing activities with product launches and sales targets.
    - Regularly report market progress to global headquarters, providing insights and recommendations on the local market.

Job Requirements:

  1. Educational Background:
    - Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field.
  2. Work Experience:
    - Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the tech, consumer electronics, or FMCG industries.
    - Proven success in PR, brand marketing, and cross-industry marketing.
    - Familiarity with the Polish market and consumer behavior; prior local marketing experience is preferred.
  3. Language Skills:
    - Native-level proficiency in Polish and fluent in spoken and written English.
  4. Skills and Abilities:
    - Extensive local media and brand resources, with a track record of successful case studies.
    - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
    - Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms, with strong data analysis capabilities.
    - Innovative thinking, with the ability to adapt quickly to market changes and propose creative marketing solutions.
    - Team player, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Other Requirements:
    - Passionate about the tech and smartphone industry, with knowledge of Infinix's brand and products.
    - Project management experience, with the ability to effectively manage budgets and timelines.
