YOUR ROLE

Our client is a provider of data intelligence platform powered by active metadata. The Platform delivers trusted data for every user, every use case and across every source. It helps the data leaders to increase data governance adoption, deliver more traceable and compliant AI use cases. The company offers services such as enterprise Data Catalog, Data Governance, Data Lineage, Data Privacy, Data Quality, and observability and core services.

YOUR TASKS

  • Maintain meticulous records of all communications and actions related to support tickets in Zendesk, as provided by the client.
  • Contribute to the client knowledge base by adding frequently asked questions and solutions.
  • Be ready to participate in on-call rotations to address severe issues (Severity 1) promptly.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Proficiency in Linux, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and understanding of Networking and Firewall Basics, also some Power BI knowledge.
  • Some experience with Java and REST API, as well as Kubernetes, Spark, and Hadoop.
  • Knowledge of SSL, SSO, and LDAP to ensure secure and seamless customer experiences.
  • Strong skills in verbal and written English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
