Lyten is expanding manufacturing in Poland and seeking a hands‑on Quality Lab Technician to establish and develop our quality laboratory during ramp‑up. You will ensure measurement accuracy and support both new product introduction and serial production in a fast‑growing setting.
You will program CMMs, perform dimensional tests, manage calibration, and produce clear inspection reports while collaborating with Production, Manufacturing Engineering and Quality teams to drive continuous improvement
