The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing top-tier talent across various industries and levels, including technical, marketing, and non-technical roles. Job Description
- Source candidates for a wide range of vacancies, including technical, marketing, and non-technical positions.
- Use a variety of tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.) to identify and engage with top talent.
- Post job listings on various platforms to ensure maximum visibility and outreach.
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the specific requirements for each role.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and maintain accurate data in the ATS (SmartRecruiters).
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- 2 years of proven experience in talent sourcing, with a focus on technical, marketing, and non-technical roles.
- Solid experience working in the iGaming industry.
- Strong knowledge of various sourcing tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, Boolean search, X-ray search).
- Experience using ATS platforms, especially SmartRecruiters.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of adaptability and problem-solving skills.
