Currently we are looking for Accounts Payable Specialist with Italian

Job location:


• Wrocław or remotely from Poland

Responsibilities:

  1. Processing invoices for payments
  2. Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
  3. Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts
  4. Reading and interpreting daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts
  5. Assisting the accounting team in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports and financial statements
  6. Reviewing and resolving issues with financial and operational reports
  7. Ensuring the account payable team complies with the terms and conditions set out in the contract

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Have an excellent command of English and Italian
  2. Have previous accounting experience – min 1 year
  3. Have a positive attitude in the area of corporate communication, customer-oriented attitude
  4. Know MS Office (especially Outlook and Excel)

Nice to have:

  • BA / MA Degree (accounting/finance is a plus) would be an asset

Knowledge of JDE, ISP, Noveo would be an advantage
