We're seeking a proactive HR Manager to join our team in Kraków. You'll be the main HR contact for Poland and Spain, managing HR operations across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance, and supporting business leaders. You'll also collaborate on HR initiatives, work with external stakeholders, and assist with office management.

You will:

  • Provide timely and appropriate HR Operational and Administrative Support across the whole employee lifecycle (from drafting the contract, through onboarding and development, to exit interview and offboarding)
  • Be the single point of contact for all the country/countries in scope employees regarding HR operational support with main focus on Poland and Spain.
  • Manage the country specific employee records and processes to ensure local labor law compliance, accuracy and quality
  • Develop strong relationships with business and functional leaders and become recognized as a trusted contributor
  • Partner with Senior HR Leaders and other HR colleagues in the implementation of the HR plans and initiatives
  • Monitor, design, and implement company policies as part of the HR team
  • Liaise with all external stakeholders and providers per country/countries in scope to cover all the HR operational support for employees and the business
  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment team
  • Oversee office management activities in cooperation with the office manager

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of HR experience working within a demanding, fast-paced competitive environment
  • Good knowledge of Polish labor law.
  • Hands-on experience managing the full employee cycle
  • Great attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Excellent English and Polish
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once and succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Manage time and resources effectively; meet mutually agreed deadlines and flag delays and obstacles
  • Adapt quickly and positively to new situations
  • You need to be based in Kraków or in close vicinity (hybrid work model)

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Spanish labor law
  • Experience with EOR regulations
