Corporate Actions Project AnalystLocation: Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid - 3 days in office per week)Job Description:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Actions Project Analyst to contribute to the onboarding or change of processes and operational workflows for both internal and client-driven projects within Global Corporate Actions for Funds, part of Market Data Operations. You will play a key role in analyzing needs, designing solutions, and ensuring successful implementation.Responsibilities:Perform thorough process analysis and design effective solutions in response to client or operational requirements.Deliver clear and concise business requirements documentation.Prepare comprehensive testing plans and actively execute or oversee the testing process.Co-operate closely with business stakeholders, Product and Technology partners, and our clients, ensuring the appropriate infrastructure is in place to support our vision and strategic objectives.Take proactive measures to minimize and mitigate potential implementation and project risks.Challenge existing processes, displaying initiative and innovation in proposing improved solutions.Conduct root cause analysis to address common operational challenges.Qualifications:2-5 years of experience as a Project Analyst or Business Analyst, preferably within Change, Operations, or Corporate Actions.Experience working with asset management clients on various investment fund vehicles (e.g., OEICs, Segregated) or Securities Services operations is highly desirable.Thorough understanding of the financial market and its operations.Very good command of English (essential).Capability to step into project management responsibilities when needed.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.What We Offer:Opportunity to work on exciting projects within the Financial Services industry.Collaborative and supportive team environment.Hybrid work model with 2-3 days in our Warsaw office per week.Generali life insurance.E-learning platform.Paid Referral Program.Medicover. #J-18808-Ljbffr
