Job Title:

Code Sorceress or Sorcerer (Regular/Senior C++ Programmer)

Job Overview:

Our team at MATABOO is seeking an experienced C++ programmer to collaborate on game development and engine porting projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transferring games between different platforms
  • Developing new gameplay functionalities and optimizing existing ones
  • Expanding the game engine with new features
  • Creating documentation for performed work
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a C++ programmer (for Code Sorceress/Sorcerer)
  • At least 6 years of experience as a C++ programmer (for Elder Code Sorceress/Sorcerer)
  • Proficiency in C++, x86/x64 platforms, and object-oriented programming principles
  • Programming or IT education
  • Good command of the English language
Desirable Skills:
  • Knowledge of Unreal Engine 4-5
  • Experience with Unity and proprietary engines
  • Experience in rendering, AI, consoles, multiplayer, and networking systems
  • Knowledge of DirectX, OpenGL, Vulkan, or Metal
  • Development experience with consoles (Playstation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch)
  • Experience in creating games, emulators, or demoscene productions
Working Conditions:
  • Work on-site or hybrid in Warsaw (preferred) with remote work possibilities
  • Flexible working time (core hours 11:00 - 15:00)

Compensation:

Salary depending on experience: 8,000 PLN - 17,000 PLN net + VAT (B2B contract) for Code Sorceress/Sorcerer, 17,000 PLN - 22,000 PLN net + VAT (B2B contract) for Elder Code Sorceress/Sorcerer. Both B2B and employment contracts are possible.
