For Astara Poland (based in Warsaw), we're looking for a Dealer Network Development Specialist.
The Dealer Network Development (DND) Specialist is responsible for all processes related to support network development, ensuring compliance with standards and the strategic goal of the organization.
Main Tasks And ResponsibilitiesNetwork Strategy and Dealer Development- Support the Head of Dealer Development Network to develop and implement a data-driven overall network strategy for the 3 brands in the portfolio. The network plan should enhance synergies and efficiencies cross-brand, whilst respecting the different and individual OEM requirements. The Network Strategy plan should reflect short, mid-term and long-term vision on the Polish automotive market.
- Secure Dealer Network compliance with Standards (Sales, Aftersales and Quality) and other according to requirements of the specific brand.
- Participate in mid-term network development planning and support the process with local market information.
- Prepare market potential studies, market benchmark for network size and effectiveness.
- Execute Dealer Bonus Program.
- Execute dealer performance monitoring and management programs in the country for Sales, Aftersales, quality or other.
- Manage and support dealer development programs (Dealer profitability, mid-term business planning, Action Audit, etc.).
- Coordinate and develop dealer performance-related indicators (KPI dashboards) for network strategy topics and/or review meetings.
- Monitor and report best practices in DND Department (e.g. margin system), execute continuous benchmarking of local competition.
- Coordinate and implement dealer standards.
- Assist in candidates' selection and due diligence.
- Perform ad hoc audits.
- Propose text for ad hoc dealer legal operations (dealer agreement amendment, special amendments, legal entity changes).
- Report and follow up on potential threats and opportunities existing in the Network (e.g. in relation to customer satisfaction, new applicants, existing partners, financials, or other influencing factors, contractual obligations, etc.).
- Update Astara / OEM database with requested dealer information, maintain dealer structure in SAP.
- Support dealer meeting organization.
- Ensure maximal dealer adoption towards Astara Platform.
- Monitor DND budget and ensure necessary reporting to the finance department.
- Coordinate with other departments and external partners to support new dealer start-ups/existing dealer transformations/terminations, with high focus on construction/refurbishment projects.
- Support Astara with dealer communications and Network Development initiatives (e.g. standard compliance, improvement initiatives, customer satisfaction, etc.).
- Manage subcontractors (agreements, scope of activities, settlements).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Network / Sales / Aftersales, preferably in automotive.
- Network management/account management/zone management experience preferred.
- Project management knowledge will be an asset.
- Understanding of commercial law will be an advantage.
- Experience with SAP and Salesforce systems will be valued.
- Solid Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
- Fluent, self-confident English communication level.
- Perfect knowledge of Polish as a native language.
