Job Summary

As a Talent Attraction Coordinator, you will provide end-to-end administrative support for recruitment processes, including candidate invitations, travel coordination, and application management in our Applicant Tracking System.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience from start to finish.
  • Closely collaborate with the Talent Attraction Partner, Hiring Manager, and candidates to guarantee accurate and timely communication.
  • Ensure both candidates and hiring managers have necessary information and feel comfortable in their respective roles during the recruitment cycle.
  • Maintain high accuracy and quality in processes and set up/hosting of the Talent Attraction knowledge library on SharePoint.
Requirements
  • Highly skilled professionals with excellent people skills and strong service orientation are required.
  • 2-5 years of work experience in administrative support, ideally in Human Resources.
  • Fluent English and Polish language skills; proficiency in Czech or Slovak is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills to partner with Executive Hiring Managers.
  • Possess creative problem-solving skills and be a great team player.
  • Flexible and detail-oriented with a strong business acumen and organizational skills.
  • Motivated and able to take initiative, working independently as well as in a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, calendar management) and experienced with an Applicant Tracking System.
