Job Summary

A seasoned plant controller is required to oversee financial control for plants in Poland, reporting directly to the group. This role presents a chance to grow professionally within an international environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-month closings, create reports, and perform gap analyses versus budget on the full profit and loss statement.
  • Maintain awareness of plant risks and opportunities, assisting local and regional management in setting performance improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with local and regional management to prepare annual budgets based on provided volume information from the group.
  • Support local accounting during annual financial audits.
Requirements
  • No less than 3 years of experience in controlling, preferably in automotive plant controlling or industrial controlling.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (B2+) and Polish (B2+).
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and analytical thinking.
  • Bonus points: Experience with SAP, fluency in French.
