Zakres obowiązków

  • Praca w dziale technologii, dbanie o jak najlepsze doświadczenie użytkowników naszych produktów, ścisła współpraca z projektantami, project managerami, product ownerami, analitykami, developerami, ale także z biznesem i zarządem
  • Dostarczanie danych, inspiacji oraz pomysłów dotyczących tworzenia i/lub rozwoju naszych produktów, pomagających podejmować decyzje produktowe/biznesowe
  • Kompleksowa realizacja projektów badawczych: od zidentyfikowania potrzeb badawczych w firmie, przez realizację badań, raportowanie, aż po pracę z wynikami badań z interesariuszami
  • Proponowanie projektów badawczych odpowiadających na aktualne potrzeby produktowe i biznesowe firmy
  • Monitorowanie i raportowanie wskaźników UX
  • Tworzenie rekomendacji dotyczących rozwoju produktów oraz strategii biznesowej

Nasze oczekiwania

  • Posiadają co najmniej 3-letnie doświadczenie w badaniach użytkowników
  • Potrafią samodzielnie planować i realizować projekty badawcze na wszystkich etapach - od zebrania i zrozumienia potrzeb badawczych, przez rekrutację i realizację, aż po raportowanie i pracę z wynikami badań
  • W prowadzonych projektach badawczych korzystają swobodnie zarówno z metod jakościowych, jak i ilościowych (ankiety)
  • Potrafią dobrać odpowiednią do problemu badawczego/biznesowego metodę oraz próbę
  • Potrafią analizować dane jakościowe i ilościowe, wyciągać wnioski i proponować rekomendacje, które wprost przekładają się na produkt
  • Wykorzystują różne źródła danych (np. analityka, dane z rynku, dane sprzedażowe) aby wspierać wyniki własnych badań
  • Lubią rozmawiać z ludźmi, potrafią się dogadać z każdym, umieją słuchać, a jednocześnie potrafią też świetnie opowiadać (na przykład o wynikach badań)
  • Czują się doskonale w świecie nowych technologii, są na bieżąco z nowinkami technologicznymi
