O2C Finance & Accounting Process Specialist with Italian

YOUR TASKS
  • Processing of incoming invoices with initial problem identification if necessary,
  • Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions using the ERP system (SAP),
  • Reconciling accounts payable and accounts receivable balances with vendor statements and customer accounts,
  • Addressing payment-related inquiries from customers (via e.g., Zendesk),
  • Preparing regular reports summarizing financial activities,
  • Keeping good business relations with clients and stakeholders.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Ability to speak Italian at least at C1 level and English at B2 level,
  • At least 6 months of experience in O2C accounting area;
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to details,
  • Good customer service skills and client-focus attitude;
  • SAP working knowledge;
  • A degree in economics, finance or a related field is welcomed.
