For our Operational Excellence Department, we are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager. This is your chance to lead transformative projects that enhance operational excellence, spearhead transitions, and champion efficiency and improvements.

The Senior Project Manager will take responsibility for managing end-to-end projects, driving each initiative to success.

Tasks and Qualifications:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end finance transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.

  • Analyze current financial processes to identify areas for enhancement.

  • Design and implement innovative solutions with cross-functional teams.

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

  • Conduct reviews and evaluations, creating reports for executive staff.

  • Coordinate project teams and oversee documentation.

  • Monitor progress, manage budgets, and meet deadlines.

  • Mitigate risks and issues.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and change readiness.

  • Oversee change management activities.

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members.

Your Skills and Expertise:

  • 5+ years as a Project Manager in finance and accounting transformation.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Deep understanding of accounting processes and industry best practices.

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Proficiency in English (C1 level).

  • Change management, negotiation, and leadership skills.

  • Relevant certifications (PMP, Prince2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma).

  • Additional foreign language skills are a plus.
