Own end-to-end recruitment across Engineering, Product, Design, and emerging tech functions including ML/AI, Platform, and Data
Act as a trusted sparring partner to Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and senior stakeholders by shaping hiring strategies and defining sourcing and assessment approaches
Identify and remove process bottlenecks across the hiring funnel
Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, and competitor analysis
Analyze data to generate recruitment insights and support data-informed hiring decisions
Deliver an excellent candidate experience and strengthen the Flix employer brand throughout the hiring journey
Drive and contribute to cross-functional Talent Acquisition projects focused on processes, scalability, and ways of working

5+ Years of proven full-cycle technical recruiting experience within fast-growing, product international companies or scale-ups in a competitive market
Understand the challenges and needs of growing businesses, especially those of a scale-up disrupting an industry
Demonstrate exceptional stakeholder and offer management skills
Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and influence hiring decisions with confidence
Have experience in data-driven recruitment, including generating reports and tracking performance metrics
Know the fundamentals of talent acquisition and apply a creative, inquisitive approach to modern sourcing tactics and AI-powered recruiting tools
Have experience hiring on the Polish tech talent market
Fluent English
Nice to have: German market experience
