Areas of responsibilities

  • Support and execute a flawless product presentation in Shop-in-Shop/Retail for Cybex.
  • Assist and implement the global VM strategy & POS guidelines, processes for in-store communication, product merchandising, POS material etc.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to deliver available space and define the portfolio of products that has to be on display for each store.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers and store staff, and other departments to ensure proper execution of VM installations.
  • Assist in implementing global VM guidelines, in-store communication, product merchandising, and POS material setup in the assigned area/region to ensure a high level of consistency across touchpoints.
  • Maintain the performance of each store by visiting our retailers and work on continuous improvement.
  • Create extensive and meaningful implementation reports as well as benchmark analyses to guarantee maximum local transparency at the global level.
  • Assist in in-store marketing campaigns and contribute to enhancing the customer experience.
  • Be the eyes & ears of CYBEX at retail and execute innovative plans for new store openings-events.
  • Contribute to achieving retail KPIs through high-quality visual presentation.

Profile of qualification:

  • Relevant work experience ideally within B2B fairs, furniture/retail, carpentry, agencies, and/or another related field.
  • Possessing a Bachelor's/Master's degree in architecture or similar education.
  • Having experience producing construction documents.
  • Proven proficiency in 3D software (AutoCAD, Vectorworks, or Sketchup).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Nice to have: Adobe Creative Cloud, Twinmotion, Asana (project management tracker).
  • Passionate about all things in retail: consumer experience, products, and store design, paired with executional excellence and a deep understanding of retail KPIs.
  • Ambition and flexibility to build something new with a hands-on, start-up and team player attitude.
  • Proficiency in both English and Polish languages at an advanced level.
  • Ability to build relationships with both retail partners and corporate stakeholders.
  • Ideally, experience as a project manager, leading direct in-house teams or freelancers and external agencies.
  • Great networker, deeply rooted in and connected to local culture, events & trends.
  • Willingness to travel between various retail locations across Europe.
