Project
The project focuses on Fraud Management, aiming to enhance the detection and prevention of fraudulent activities.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Optimize database queries from both application and database sides to improve performance.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot database performance issues, identifying and resolving unoptimized setups.
  • Conduct performance analysis, profiling, and tuning of relational databases (Oracle or similar).
  • Implement and maintain asynchronous database setups to ensure data consistency and availability.
  • Manage and optimize high-availability (HA) configurations, including Fast-Start Failover (FSFO), and assess their impact on system reliability.
  • Monitor and maintain database, ensuring system reliability and scalability.
  • Utilize Oracle reporting tools for data analysis and generating business insights.
  • Collaborate with application developers and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and performance optimization.

Expected competences and knowledge:

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases (Oracle or similar).
  • Expertise in query optimization and database performance tuning.
  • Experience with troubleshooting database issues, including identifying unoptimized configurations.
  • Knowledge of high-availability (HA) setups, particularly using FSFO.
  • Proficiency with Oracle reporting tools and data visualization.
  • Familiarity with performance profiling and system optimization techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of NoSQL databases and Redis is a plus.

  • Containers on Kubernetes.
  • Messaging technologies (Kafka).
  • Microservices, integration patterns.
