Customer Service Representative with Italian -7.500 - 8.300 brutto

What you will do
- Advise customers on ordering, delivery and complaint process
- Manage customer orders and monitor the re fulfillment
- Plan and coordinate deliveries with customers
- R egister and manage customer complaints
We are expecting
- Fluent Italian (C1)
- G ood knowledge of English (B2)
- T he ability to cooperate with clients and build long-term relationships
- G ood communication
- C apacity to quick adaption to a new situation
- IS/IT systems knowledge
