Description OverviewWe are excited to be recruiting for a dedicated Trade Marketing Manager to join our team based in our new office in Mokotow, Warsaw.
In this role, you will be responsible for translating our commercial strategy into successful execution of activities across our Customers. With a leading OTC portfolio, you'll make sure that our DVRP strategy is tailored for the most effective and impactful results at customers. This position is perfect for a commercially minded, analytically strong, and ambitious professional who is eager to make a real impact.
At Perrigo, our Commercial Strategy & Implementation function is an integral, valued part of our business Without the important work undertaken by the team, our leading self-care products such as Solpadeine, Coldrex, Xylorin, NiQuitin, Lactacyd, ellaOne, and Compeed would not be so readily available to consumers
Deliver Country Business Goals & CS&I Strategy
- Translates the annual, quarterly & monthly business priorities into winning executional plans in market
Develop Leading CS&I Principles
- In partnership with Country & Category CS&I Managers, own defining what tools are needed to win in the market
- Key partner to Local CS&I/Sales teams, to be the voice of external reality, building winning executional plans to deliver the budgeted plan
- Own driving consistency of selling tools across categories & delivery in time for key selling cycles
Win in Executional Excellence
- Together with Category Managers, partner with Sales & Marketing to deliver winning execution of annual plans in market across all category priorities
- Leads and owns execution across the country of the Perfect Store strategy, by channel and key customer for [category] (DVRP KPIs targets eg. distribution targets, price & promotional guidance, visibility targets)
- Co-Lead with CS&I Category Managers action plans to drive continuous year-on-year improvements on all categories
- Own driving high quality & consistent selling tools across categories & delivery in time for key selling cycles
- Leads POS requirements & delivery for priority categories in local market
- Owns & delivers Perfect Store & DVRP measurement and tracking for the local, cross-category portfolio in collaboration with/with support of BI manager
Build Capability & Enable Success
- Proactive contributor to share & reapply sessions
- Key partner to the Central and Clusters CS&I community, helping to build community capability
- Elevate customer development excellence: deliver winning executions that are tailored for channels & customers in close collaboration with CS&I Category Managers and Key Account Managers
- Commercial Leadership - Align shopper & customer experts across the organization with broader commercial goals through transformative trade management & customer-centric innovation
- Channel Understanding - Solid understanding of channels & needs to drive growth, achieving short to long-range sales & margin expansion goals
- Influential Presence - Exert positive influence across the organization, contributing unique perspectives to drive intelligent decision-making focused on profit & ROI
- Demonstrate a positive track record of leading external customer relationships
- Analytical Excellence - Utilize data-driven analytics to review performance, driving real-time improvements
- Streamlined Sales & Marketing - Lead cycle planning & commercial forums with a focus on simplicity, speed, and effective implementation
- Growth Mindset - Embrace and excel in new challenges, fostering a culture of continuous learning and adaptation
- Demonstrated breadth of experience in a large FMCG/Consumer Health environment
- Experience within Shopper & Trade Marketing & Sales Teams
- Experience managing analytically rigorous corporate programs
- Proven ability to translate insights informing the development of winning in-store strategies
- Fluent in written and spoken English
