Job Description:

As a Principal Software Engineer - GenAI Solutions Delivery, your primary role will be to manage the delivery of high-quality software products and features based on GenAI technology. Your expertise in software development and delivery will be the cornerstone of our success, ensuring that even without prior GenAI experience, you can lead our teams to achieve their goals. We prioritize adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to learning on the job.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive the timely and successful delivery of software services, focusing on adaptability and solution-oriented approaches to meet dynamic project needs.
  2. Lead the development and integration of GenAI components, demonstrating an ability to quickly assimilate new technologies and apply them effectively.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of services into our product ecosystem.
  4. Regularly review and enhance our service offerings, keeping pace with industry advancements and ensuring alignment with project requirements.
  5. Mentor and guide engineering teams, cultivating a culture of resilience and rapid skill acquisition in the face of evolving project landscapes.
  6. Stay informed about the latest GenAI technologies and approaches, assessing their relevance to enhance our services and your own professional growth.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  2. Minimum of 10 years of software development experience, with a strong background in project leadership and delivery in uncertain environments.
  3. Proficiency in several programming languages and a readiness to learn and apply frameworks related to AI development.
  4. A history of producing scalable, adaptable software solutions and a commitment to excellence in a fast-paced industry.
  5. Deep understanding of software engineering principles and a track record of applying best practices to project work.
  6. Demonstrated capability to lead and complete complex software projects successfully, particularly in challenging and dynamic contexts.
  7. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical ideas to a varied audience.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Understanding of Generative AI concepts and experience applying them.
  2. Experience with cloud-native development and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  3. Participation in the broader technology community, showing a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  4. A passion for embracing new challenges and staying at the forefront of technology and project delivery strategies.
