We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Consultant - Risk & Security - ServiceNow (Global role)

to join our global team delivering enterprise-grade ServiceNow GRC/IRM and Security Operations solutions. In this role, you will design, implement, and enhance risk, compliance, cybersecurity, vulnerability management, and incident response capabilities while supporting digital transformation initiatives for enterprise customers.

What Will You Be Responsible For

• Designing, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow GRC/IRM and Security Operations solutions.
• Configuring and enhancing capabilities including Risk Management, Compliance Management, Audit Management, Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, and Threat Intelligence.
• Translating business, risk, compliance, and cybersecurity requirements into scalable ServiceNow workflows and technical solutions.
• Developing integrations with security, identity, CMDB, vulnerability management, SIEM/SOAR, and other enterprise platforms.
• Collaborating with architects, security teams, compliance stakeholders, and business leaders to deliver secure and maintainable solutions.
• Supporting risk assessments, incident response processes, vulnerability management, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Leading technical workshops and providing expertise on ServiceNow architecture, best practices, and platform capabilities.
• Ensuring solution quality through testing, governance, release management, documentation, and operational handover.
• Mentoring team members and contributing to reusable assets, accelerators, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supporting customer-facing activities including discovery workshops, estimations, demonstrations, and solution design discussions.

What Do We Require

• At least 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including GRC/IRM, Security Operations, or related risk and security domains.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end ServiceNow implementations in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, workflows, integrations, CMDB, security models, and reporting.
• Experience with Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Risk Management, Compliance, and Audit Management.
• Strong ServiceNow development and configuration skills, including JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST APIs, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with security, identity, vulnerability management, monitoring, and enterprise systems.
• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into scalable and supportable ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent command of English.
• Current ServiceNow certification related to GRC/IRM or Security Operations.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• Additional ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS).
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Security+, CEH, or equivalent.
• Consulting and technical leadership experience.
• Experience supporting pre-sales, solution demonstrations, and customer workshops.
