YOUR TASKS- Validating the accuracy of translation of retail consumer goods related queries (calls, emails, chat messages) if translated correctly by the e-translation solution implemented (machine translation).
- Reviewing and checking e-translation platform accuracy of voice to written and/or written to written translations.
- Correcting translation mistakes and putting the correction documentation on the platform.
- Ensuring that daily tasks are delivered on time through various forms and medium of communication, written and/or verbal.
- Being able to meet the quality and productivity targets as well as defined timelines.
- Ensuring accuracy in the tasks completed.
- Adhering to established policies, procedures and compliance, which result in a satisfactory audit rating.
- Minimum 1 year of contact center and customer service experience.
- Fluency in English and German/Dutch/Italian/French/Spanish/Portuguese at minimum C1 level.
- Customer service mindset and attitude needed to understand customer queries.
- Well versed with Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Very good language expertise, translation and attention-to-details skills to check for grammatical errors.
- At least a bachelor's degree.
- Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skill.
- Ability to work in flexible work schedule.
