• Develop & provide agronomic, product & service training to field sales force & key accounts supporting sales & service of Pioneer brand.
• Assist in identification of new products fitting customer needs in area.
• Together with Area Sales Managers establish direct linkages with key accounts providing agronomy, product and general crop production information at regular intervals.
• Support field sales force resolving customer service calls.
• Support field sales force training of technical departments of distributors regarding product positioning, crop management & customer complaints.
• Be involved in demand creation for Pioneer seed.
• Establish & maintain relationships with universities or other influencers within area.
• Product Evaluation.

North-West part of Poland: Bydgoszcz, Szczecinek; Pila etc.

To Grow What Matters, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree in Agronomy or related field preferred.
• 5 to 7 years technical services or agronomy experience.
• Native Polish, English would be an advantage.
• External and constant car travel.
• Knowledge of local agriculture market, value chain and crop production practices.
• Knowledge of Environmental, regulatory, and stewardship issues.
• Ability to successfully resolve conflicts and handle objections.

• Build/maintain strong relationships with customers, key industry/market influencers, internal partners and teammates.
• Work effectively within team environment.
• Lead and influence projects coaching individuals in accomplishing defined goals.
• Understand needs and values of partners and customers achieving defined goals.
• Get results taking initiative overcoming obstacles finding creative solutions.
• Work independently with minimum supervision operating within budget.
• Adapt to rapidly changing business environment.
• Use computer hardware/software/intranet generating reports accessing Pioneer information completing administrative duties.
• Teach/train and present effectively.
• Apply crop production/cultural practices.
