We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Accountant - SSC Manager to lead our team in ensuring smooth and compliant operations across accounting, payroll, administration, and internal control systems.

This is a full-time position with a hybrid work arrangement, requiring 2 days of office presence per week.

The ideal candidate will have a university degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with proven experience as a Chief Accountant in a production company.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Contractual Obligations: Manage tasks arising from contracts with Group companies.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve set objectives, KPIs, and SLAs.
  • Accounting Structure: Organize accounting and financial reporting structures.
  • Economic Operations: Ensure the legality, accuracy, and integrity of economic operations and related documents.
  • Document Flow: Supervise the document flow for accounting purposes.
  • Accounting Oversight: Monitor and oversee accounting tasks across the organization.
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial, tax, and statistical reports in line with legal standards.
  • Budget Planning: Lead budget planning and implementation of financial strategies.
  • Communication: Communicate with key representatives in regional and international units, representing the SSC in discussions with major business partners and external contractors.
  • Organizational Improvements: Propose and implement organizational and system improvements based on evolving legal, client, and institutional requirements.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with the Company's Compliance Program, including oversight of irregularity resolution and adherence by team members.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Chief Accountant in a production company
  • Strong managerial skills to lead a diverse team and ensure high-quality service delivery
  • In-depth knowledge of finance and tax regulations and SSC operations
  • Book-keeping certification required
