Applied AI Engineer
Location: Warsaw, Poland
Contract: B2B until 31 March 2027, with potential for extension
Working Model: Hybrid- 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
We are looking for an experienced Applied AI Engineer to help develop and advance production-ready machine learning systems and AI applications within a high-performance engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test and maintain high-quality, production-ready code.
- Build and enhance machine learning systems and AI-driven applications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.
- Work with modern cloud-native platforms, distributed systems and data technologies.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong hands-on software engineering skills, particularly in Python and/or Java.
- Experience with cloud-native technologies, Kubernetes and distributed data processing.
- Knowledge of technologies such as Apache Spark, Snowflake or Databricks.
- Experience with machine learning or AI applications; exposure to LLMs, Generative AI, LangChain or LangGraph is advantageous.
- A Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong English communication skills are essential.
