We are currently looking for:

Junior SAP MM Consultant

Job location: Remote from Poland / hybrid from Wrocław or Warsaw

You will be responsible for:

  1. Incident tracking and monitoring - should be proactive to identify issues in the system, timely resolution of incidents.
  2. Providing daily support (e.g., break/fix, how-to expertise, minor enhancements, monitoring, testing) for business applications or infrastructure to associates or third parties, in order to maintain their productivity level (including international and fourth-level break/fix support).

We require:

  1. At least 3+ years of SAP functional experience.
  2. 1 year of experience in Production Support.
  3. Good understanding of SAP MM end-to-end processes.
  4. Understanding of SAP MM configuration.
  5. Good communication and customer service skills.
  6. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  7. Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or related field preferred.
  8. Ability to translate customer requirements into technical requirements for the developer.
  9. Ability to learn and support customized solutions.
  10. Polish citizenship.
  11. Very good knowledge of spoken and written English.

Nice to have:

  1. Knowledge of ServiceNow.
  2. Familiarity with Solution Manager/Change Management of Transports in SAP.
