Location:
Warsaw | Hybrid model (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in the office, 2 days remote).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and developing relationships with business partners, understanding their needs and business models.
  • Consultative sales and advisory on account growth strategies and increasing sales.
  • Collaboration with Business Development and Merchant Operations teams to ensure optimal customer service.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of sales experience (preferred in working with mid-sized accounts).
  • Experience in customer lifecycle management – upselling, renewals, customer success.
  • Experience in phone and email sales; direct sales experience is a plus.
  • Negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and resilience to dynamic changes.
  • Fluent Polish and good English skills (internal communication).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or another CRM will be an advantage.
