Location

The role is based in Bydgoszcz.

• Oversees and supports welders in process execution, offering guidance on best practices and complex techniques to enhance productivity and quality.
• Supervises welding processes in accordance with international standards.
• Develops and implements WPS, WPQR, WPQ.
• Maintains detailed documentation and records of welding processes, procedures, and inspections for traceability and continuous improvement.
• Reflects required welding information for manufacturing processes into SAP - MRP System.
• Supports welding quality control.
• Provides technical support and advice on welding technologies.
• Collaborates with engineers and the production department to improve welding efficiency.
• Participates in audits and certification of welding processes.

• Higher technical education, preferably in welding engineering, materials engineering, or a related field.
• International Welding Engineer (IWE) certification.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably with stainless steel welding.
• Knowledge of welding norms and standards (e.g., ISO 3834, EN 13445, ASME IX).
• English language proficiency at a minimum B1 level.
• Experience in working with TIG, MAG, and other stainless steel welding techniques.
• Ability to analyze technical documentation and work with quality procedures.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
