Ecommerce Product Owner

We are looking for a passionate Product Owner to join our Digital eCommerce Team.
You will be the one who:
- is responsible for creating and managing Product Backlog for 2-3 Scrum Teams using Agile practices and values
- creates user stories, acceptance criteria and test scenarios
- works closely with Development Team, Scrum Master, other Product Owners and Business Stakeholders to maximize business value
- defines and monitors KPIs for the product
- analyzes data from Google Analytics and software monitoring tools
- analyzes feedback from customers
Basic Requirements
- Like people, know how to communicate with them and create collaborative culture
- Knows Agile software development process and best practices
- Have strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Are focused on delivering business value
- Can empathize with customers and their problems
- Have experience with leading software projects
- Have a proactive personality willing to make the difference from a customer perspective
- Are able to communicate effectively in English
It would be nice if you have:
- Leadership experience in Agile environment as Product Owner or Business Analyst
- Skills proven by a Product Owner certificate (i.e. CSPO, PSPO)
- Knows techniques like user story mapping or impact mapping
