C2A Accountant

In the Warsaw headquarters, there is one of 7 Finance Business Shared Services Centers. Established in January 2018, it is one of L'Oréal's most rapidly growing units. BEST carries out accounting processes for 14 markets from Central and Eastern Europe, and the Middle East. BEST consists of the following departments: Process to Payment, Cash Accounting, General Ledger, Treasury, Delivery Excellence, and Controlling, responsible for OPEX costs. What distinguishes BEST is, among other things, the constant striving for process improvement and standardization. As C2A Accountant you will:

• Enter and validate accounting operations (both general and analytical).
• Monitor automatic bank statements posting (B2B + D2C) and justifications of accounts within the required deadlines, ensuring that the cut-off dates of the accounting periods are respected.
• Check that the Group's accounting procedures and principles are properly applied in relation to bank and PsP postings, payment allocations, charges, etc.
• Be a point of contact to our key partners.
• Take part in the implementation of different projects, especially related to bank and PsP automation.

You are a perfect match if you:

• Have a master's degree in accountancy, economics, or finance.
• Have a minimum of 2 years experience in treasury accounting (preferably in SSC).
• Have attention to detail and thoroughness.
• Possess good analytical skills.
• Have high interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have knowledge of SAP.
• Have fluent English.
