We're looking for a passionate and adaptable Visual Designer to join our dynamic team within Groupon's fast-paced Marketing department. In this role, you'll have the chance to create and produce campaign assets for multiple platforms, such as web, apps, email, and paid ads, while collaborating with a talented and diverse team. This position offers plenty of opportunities for growth, whether you're a junior designer looking to expand your skillset or a senior designer with experience in HTML5 and video production.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and produce creative assets for various platforms, including web, app, email, and paid ads (Google Ads, Meta).
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce videos, one-pagers, and other marketing materials.
  3. Manage and adapt multi-language versions of designs across 13 countries.
  4. Use AI tools like MidJourney and ChatGPT to create assets.
  5. Develop dynamic HTML ads using Google Web Designer, including coding JavaScript when necessary.
  6. Apply feedback promptly and iterate designs to improve quality and meet deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in visual design or a related field.
  2. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, HTML5, and video production.
  3. Ability to adapt to new challenges and work independently when necessary.
  4. Growth mindset with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
  5. Previous experience in e-commerce design or UX/UI design is a plus.
  6. A proactive attitude, excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in designing for international markets.
  2. E-commerce design experience.
  3. Familiarity with Figma.
  4. UX/UI design expertise.
Language Requirement:

  1. Proficiency in English is required.
Location:

  1. Warsaw
  2. We work in a hybrid model - 2 days per week in the office, 3 days remotely.
