• Deliver high-quality support to a dedicated Platform across the end-to-end vendor financial management process
• Build strong relationships and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including Technical Teams, Finance, Operations Managers, COO Office, Procurement, and Cost Management
• Maintain management information (MI) and reporting to support planning processes related to vendor contracts and renewals
• Design and maintain reports and dashboards for critical financial and vendor-related processes
• Produce regular management reporting as well as ad-hoc analyses and insights related to vendor management
• Support global contract cost allocations, rate setting activities, and preparation of business cases
• Update forecasts and actively manage budgets, funding, and workforce requirements

MUST HAVE

• Customer-first mindset with a strong service orientation
• Proven senior stakeholder management skills, with regular interaction at senior management level
• Solid experience in Vendor Management, supported by strong financial and commercial awareness; prior experience in a large, global organization—preferably within financial services is highly desirable
• Fluent English, enabling effective communication in a diverse, international business environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and translate insights into business decisions
• Innovative and proactive approach, with the confidence to challenge established ways of working and drive continuous improvement
• High level of organization and the ability to manage a large and diverse workload
• Experience working within a complex, matrix organizational structure
• Awareness of the external environment, including regulatory, political, competitive, and market factors
