Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential customers through discovery calls and initial meetings with decision-makers.
  • Qualify leads, conduct product demos, and deliver tailored client proposals.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote products and implement sales-boosting campaigns.
  • Represent Evionica at aviation fairs and conferences, forging meaningful relationships with clients and partners.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of B2B sales experience, ideally in a startup environment.
  • Fluent in English (C1 level).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort with cold calling.
  • Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, etc.
  • A passion for winning and solving problems proactively.
  • Experience in lead generation or knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
