Responsibilities- Identify and engage potential customers through discovery calls and initial meetings with decision-makers.
- Qualify leads, conduct product demos, and deliver tailored client proposals.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote products and implement sales-boosting campaigns.
- Represent Evionica at aviation fairs and conferences, forging meaningful relationships with clients and partners.
- Minimum of 1 year of B2B sales experience, ideally in a startup environment.
- Fluent in English (C1 level).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort with cold calling.
- Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, etc.
- A passion for winning and solving problems proactively.
- Experience in lead generation or knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
