As a Senior Buyer, you'll work at the intersection of innovation and operational excellence, collaborating with engineering, design, and business teams to align procurement with product development timelines. This position plays a key role in maintaining supply chain stability, managing supplier relationships, and driving cost efficiencies in a highly dynamic and competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with local and global suppliers.
  2. Ensure suppliers meet quality, cost, and delivery standards for aftermarket dampers.
  3. Evaluate risks, perform geopolitical analyses, and mitigate supply chain disruptions.
  4. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  5. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in sourcing or supply chain management.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  4. Technical understanding of automotive products, especially dampers.
  5. Proficiency in supply chain tools and global sourcing strategies.
