You will work on:

  • Delivering highly relevant, personalized product ranking and recommendations.
  • Working on a variety of Recommender Systems modalities using a modern tech stack.
  • Designing, coding, experimenting, and implementing models to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with product managers and business stakeholders for top-quality outcomes.
  • Investigating and adopting innovative concepts that offer tangible benefits.

To be successful in the role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of hands-on data science experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of AI/ML/DL, Statistics, and open-source libraries.
  • Experience with industrial-grade recommendation systems and offline evaluation techniques.
  • Strong skills in SQL and at least one programming language.
  • Comfort in code reviews and collaboration for regular model deployments.
  • Experience in deploying online solutions and analyzing results through A/B testing.
  • Passion for mentoring junior team members.
  • Leadership qualities and team collaboration skills.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to convey complex ideas effectively.

Desired qualifications:

  • Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Operations Research, Statistics, or related disciplines.
  • Knowledge in User Modelling, Representation Learning, Large Language Models (LLM).
  • Prior experience in e-commerce or at an Online Travel Agency.

Job Location: Remote or Hybrid

This role is a remote position in the UK, Poland, or Portugal. Occasional travel to company offices as necessary.
