Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in financial reporting or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Polish is an advantage.
