Our Marketing is in the process of change.
We are combining activities from 6 companies into one team, operating as an internal mini-agency.
So you have a unique opportunity to not only enter a functioning structure, but to co-create it from the ground up: planning the overall strategy of activities, laying out processes, setting common goals and testing solutions that actually work.
This is a role where your decisions will make a real difference to the growth of technology brands and the way they communicate with B2B customers.
We're looking for someone who can combine strategy with operations, enjoys juggling contexts and has a curiosity about new technologies.

- Creating and implementing communication strategies for our brands (ambiscale, Boostsite, Insightland, KODA), aligned with business objectives and B2B customer needs.
- Designing and implementing sales funnel-based marketing activities that reach customers at every stage of the purchasing path.
- Analyzing the effectiveness of marketing activities, optimizing them and making data-driven decisions.
- Gathering insights: trend tracking, competitive analysis and customer research to better align strategy and communications.
- Managing brand communications: planning and conducting social media activities, building visibility on industry platforms (Clutch, G2), developing and updating websites to effectively support marketing and sales goals.
- Collaborate with the PR agency on the brands' presence at conferences, webinars, in the media, and with the in-house creative team on the creation of consistent and effective marketing materials.
- You have min. 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology industry.
- You are fluent in Polish (native) and fluent in English at the B2/C1 level.
- You combine strategic thinking with operational action, able to plan activities and implement them effectively.
- You understand the complexity of B2B sales processes and are able to adapt marketing communications to them.
- You combine creativity with analytics, and your ideas are the sum of experience and insights: they are thoughtful in terms of business objectives and you are able to argue them logically.
- You act on data, are able to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and know which will bring long-term benefits to the brand.
- You have practical experience working with: Google Analytics, WordPress, Microsoft Clarity, Clutch, Asana.
- Trust and autonomous action, ownership and decision-making on the topics you know best.
- Agile and flexible operations without unnecessarily lengthy processes and approval paths.
- Appreciation of your skills, openness and curiosity to your ideas and innovations.

- Salary in the range of PLN 9,000 – 11,000 gross (employment contract) or PLN 10,000 – 13,000 net invoice (B2B) based on your skills and experience.
