Overview

The Billing Manager is responsible and in charge of the accounting operation process for the countries in the scope including all billing departments. Moreover, the Billing Manager is responsible for ensuring accurate determination and timely accounting of all transactions. All processes being performed in accordance within legal orders.

Responsibilities
  • Perform duties in accordance with Janus and SSC Model
  • Comply with all Security Policy requirements
  • Perform all duties in accordance with applicable legal regulations
  • Achievement of agreed objectives in terms of Key Performance Indicators
  • Meeting the established monthly deadlines in the specified time schedule with accordance to internal, group and legal procedures
  • Building and maintaining strong and positive relationships with the employees of the agencies and their clients
  • Manage the teams in order to deliver cost effective, efficient and organized processes in the transactional teams
  • Responsible for daily employees management (motivating, recruiting)
  • KPI analysis and reporting, setting new KPI's for staff budgeting for managed departments
  • Coordinate transitions: work shadowing, recruitment and training of new team members
  • Establishes procedures and processes
  • Arranges communication channels
  • Leads engagement with stakeholders and field leaders to incorporate voice of customer and partner into design of new and emerging channel models
  • Being involved in ad hoc issues, dealing with complex accounting and tax tasks ensuring high quality services are provided
  • Identify risks, gaps and inefficiencies in processes and implementing improvements
  • Cooperation with other departments: AP, General Ledger, Tax, IT, HR; support the quantitative and qualitative financial analysis of monthly operating results
  • Establish and deliver monitoring and reporting of the operational efficiency of the transactional processing
  • Authorizing payments
  • Involvement in external and internal audits, supporting GL department in preparation of financial statements if needed
  • Timely execution of all relevant annual, quarterly and monthly closing activities
Qualifications
  • Fluent English - C1
  • Bachelor/Master degree in accountancy, economics or finance
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in similar role
  • Strong SAP and MS Office skills (mainly Excel)
  • Ability to work analytically within a problem solving environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills
