GEA Group, through its GEA Farm Technologies unit in Poland, seeks a Junior Strategic Buyer (Indirect) to manage procurement of indirect goods. You will analyze supplier markets, implement sourcing strategies, and drive cost reductions while coordinating with the Bydgoszcz plant and German sites.
You will negotiate with suppliers, create PO and tender documents, and report KPIs. English is required; German is a strong plus, with SAP/Excel skills valued in a global matrix setting.
