At Siemens Global Business Services we are expanding our services and currently looking for a proactive colleague to join our team of Order Management Specialists. If you are looking for a job position in which you can use German and English on a daily basis and continue to develop your career in a large company with a diverse portfolio of projects, you came to the right place There is also a possibility to work remotely.

You will be responsible for:
  1. Processing and execution of orders (SO/PO) in the system (SAP)
  2. Phone and e-mail contact with customers
  3. Close cooperation with various internal departments
  4. Organization of deliveries and material flow within the company in line with relevant regulations
  5. Handling warranty and return process
  6. Proactively raising improvement ideas
What do you need to make real what matters?
  1. Good written and verbal communication in German and English (basic knowledge of Italian or French is nice to have)
  2. Experience/background in logistics/customer service is a plus
  3. Knowledge of SAP
  4. Ability to work in a team
  5. Good communication and customer service skills
  6. Open-mindedness, 'can do' attitude and positive attitude to performed tasks
