Role Overview

Inviting applications for the role of Supply Chain Planning – Manager – English – Remote Poland. The Key Users team Leader will oversee day-to-day operations of the team in charge. The main purpose of the role is to drive, together with his/her team, the activities across all categories (BPC, ICE, HC, FOOD) and pillars defined for the team: continuous improvement and user support, training, acting as the primary reference for the effective execution of the business processes and IT systems operation within the process area.

Responsibilities:

  1. Build a Centre of Excellence Team across SC accounts and drive strategic and tactical improvement.
  2. Drive Tech adoption agenda for Hub.
  3. FPOC for future Tech enhancement discussions with clients and GP service line.
  4. Seek and drive continuous Improvement opportunities.
  5. Assist in resolution of IT problems.
  6. Initiation, implementation and testing of changes to IT Systems.
  7. Maintain users' skill and knowledge.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. University degree.
  2. Strong communication in English – both oral and written skills. Ability to communicate efficiently with all levels of management and peers.
  3. High proficiency in using related systems and handling daily business operations within scope of responsibilities.
  4. Enthusiastic and proactive individual.
  5. Ability to deliver information with the correct level of detail to Managers and End Users.
  6. Ability to identify, strategize, influence, communicate and execute complex initiatives (e.g. process, tools, reports standardization across all categories) to generate productivity and business impact.
  7. Knowledge of the Planning domain and process understanding / Experience in areas such as production scheduling, inventory management or supply/operations planning / Strong understanding of supply chain and supply planning business drivers.

  1. Ability to lead team towards meeting the agreed objectives and/or SLA's.
  2. Self-motivated, high-energy levels and works well under strict deadlines.
  3. Strong process development, improvement, and implementation experience.
  4. Self-motivated and independent personality with strong negotiation & problem-solving skills.
  5. Well-developed interpersonal / communication skills.
