The Role

Legend is seeking a talented Site Reliability Engineer to join our team, reporting directly to the Infrastructure Advisor Manager. You will play a crucial role in supporting the migration to a central infrastructure, driving performance improvements, and conducting architectural reviews for one of our top brands.

In this role, we value diverse perspectives and encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every qualification listed.

Your Impact:

  • Collaborate on simplifying the overall design of one of our largest products and migrate it to our centralized infrastructure.
  • Work alongside the broader SRE team on company-wide initiatives to enhance system reliability and performance.
  • Serve as the primary SRE point of contact for our main brand, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Promote and implement best practices for site reliability and operational excellence.
  • Support in establishing and maintaining high standards across the board for all infrastructure-related activities.

What You'll Bring:

  • You have a proven track record as a Mid/Senior Level DevOps/SRE Engineer.
  • Proficient with AWS services including Elasticache, EKS, RDS, Cognito, Lambda, S3, EFS, and IAM.
  • Strong experience with Kubernetes and EKS.
  • Skilled in using Traefik and Haproxy load balancers.
  • Experienced with Cloudflare, including Page Rules and Workers.
  • Competent in Terraform for infrastructure management.
  • Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, particularly with GitHub Actions.
  • Solid experience with Next.js, PHP, WordPress, and Contentful.

The Interview Process:

  • 1st: Initial Chat with Talent Partner (30 mins via Zoom)
  • 2nd: Interview with the Infrastructure Advisor Manager (1 hour video via Zoom)
  • 3rd: Take home task - you will be given 3 days to complete the task and present it back to the team (1 hour video via Zoom)
